Hyderabadi Veg Biryani

Hyderabadi biryani is a blend of Mughlai and Andhra Pradesh Cuisines and usually prepared with Basmati rice and meat. The vegetarian version of the biryani is prepared with potatoes , peas , carrots ,almonds and cashews and accompanied with Dahi or Salad. I got this recipe from Meena's Homely food and can't stop myself to try it.I prepared it with broken Basmati rice and veggies . Our house is filled with nice aromas of Whole spices , yoghurt , mint and Saffron . My family especially my mum liked this special version of Hyderabad instead of regular biryani or pulav. So let's start the recipe.yum

Sometimes leaving meat out from biryani is a brilliant idea. I can see the outcome, how the rice
merged with the rest of the ingredients for a lovely outcome.
