Punjabi Aloo Wadi (Moong Dal Nuggets with Potato )

Aloo Wadi/Vadi is a popular punjabi dish made from Potaoes and Dal Wadi . Dal Wadi are Nuggets of Moong Dal , Chana Dal or Urad Dal mixed with spices.

It's everyone favorite in Punjab and usually accompanied with Chapati , Naan or Paratha. This is a simple yet flavorful curry which I often prepare at my place. The spices gives a wonderful aroma and color to the curry. So let's start the recipe .yum
